Career History

VET Ltd, Facilities and Production Coordinator (Full time) (Jan 06 – Present). Managing the resource team,  scheduling bookings, project managing and coordinating shoots and resources, managing budgets and pricing. Taking all enquiries for production and postproduction; establishing client’s needs, devising and costing an efficient and high quality workflow that suits their budget.

Maintaining client relations ensuring quality delivery and customer experience from initial contact, quotation and securing the booking, supervising the work, invoicing and gathering feedback. Stock management, equipment hire and the hire of all freelancer talent and crew.

Working to monthly sales targets, both monetary and in terms of company contacts and leads. Managing and implementing PR and advertising for the production and post department. Developing and executing marketing strategies and goals; writing press releases, newsletters, web ads and listings and organising events.

Managing the resource team and their schedules, motivating the team with regular team meetings, assessing progress and feeding back on recent work. Feeding into and involved in the decision making of staff hiring, appraisals and writing job descriptions.

VET Ltd, Receptionist (Full Time Fixed term contract) (Jun 04 – Jul 05). Providing administrative support and answering and controlling incoming enquiries.

ARK Productions, Production Assistant (occasional freelance) (Nov 04- Jul 05). Supporting the producer and digitising media for programmes broadcast on Sky Sports.
